
Balsamic Maple Barbecue
Dressing
Makes about 1 cup
1/2 cup Maple Barbecue Sauce
6 Tbls Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cups olive oil
6 Tbls water
Shake well and use over garden salad or use it as a meat
marinade
After removing meat , discard any remaining marinard.
Baked Haddock Maple
Barbecue Sauce
1lb Haddock Fillets
Bag of spinach (not baby spinach)
1/4 cup Maple Barbecue Sauce
Make packet with Aluminum foil (approx.
18 inches)
Place a handful of spinach in the middle of the foil.
Lay fish on top of spinach, drizzle with Maple Barbecue
Sauce, seal packet.
Bake @350* for 30 min.
Maple Barbecue Sauce
Hamburger
1 - 2 lbs ground beef or turkey
1/3 cup of Maple Barbecue Sauce
Mix together and make patties
Grill until done or to your liking
Maple Barbecue Cheese
Spread
1 - 8oz block of cream cheese (soften)
¼ Cup Maple Barbecue Sauce
6 or 7 sun dried tomatoes ,chopped
* For a hotter spread : use chopped chili peppers
1, Mix cream cheese with Maple Barbecue
Sauce.
2, Stir in sun dried tomatoes / chili peppers
3, Serve with crackers or melba toast
Patti’s Salmons Recipe
with Sarah’s Mediterranean Sea Salt
And Maple Barbecue Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Sprinkle non - skin side of Salmon fillet
with Sarah’s Sea Salt
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in non - stick pan
Place Salmon fillet non-skin side down in non stick pan.
Brown in olive oil
Approximately 2-3 minutes
Flip over in pan and place in oven at 350 degrees for
5-10minutes or until cooked to your liking.
Put Maple Barbecue Sauce in pool on plate. Place Salmon
on it and sprinkle a bit more of the
Sauce over top.
Pulled Pork
5 lb pork loin
3 cups Maple Barbecue Sauce
2 - 15oz Tomato Sauce
1 - 6oz Tomato Paste
1 - 32oz Chicken Broth
Place pork loin in crock pot (cut in half if necessary)
Cover with Chicken broth. Cook on low until done 8 hrs.
Remove pork and shred into small pieces.
In sauce pan add ; 3 cups Maple Barbecue Sauce, Tomato
Sauce and Tomato paste.
Heat untill well mixed.
Pour over Pork.
Serve in buns
